Parking is a hassle because it's right by the beach, so the best bet is to drive a car to reduce the chance of getting stuck in the sand.

“No lo recomiendo”

There’s no internet, no decent TV or signal, and the only food available is from the restaurant, which is awful and expensive; you have to walk about 4 km along the beach to get there and there’s no communication even for an emergency.

The proximity to the sea and the pool inside the room are great, but the rooms need maintenance and there isn’t enough staff to attend to guests.

“No vale lo que cuesta.”

The place is undeniably unbeatable, but it didn’t match what I paid for; the hotel should have been amazing at its peak, yet it’s deteriorated over time and maintenance is lacking. The room I got had no TV service, no hot water, and I could never close the windows because the locks were rusted, which is concerning in such a remote spot where we never saw any security staff. There was a tub that looked nice, but the water had imperfections and got dirty; the plug didn’t work and there was no hot water, so we didn’t use it. When I reported this to the staff—who were very friendly—I only received a “sorry” from them. However, if you ask for a late checkout (since the departure time is very early) they won’t hesitate to tell you it’s 300 pesos for every extra hour or fraction thereof. There’s no room service or food after 9 pm, and being a secluded place means there’s nothing nearby.
