Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
Spacious and modern room, very clean, comfortable bed, sink, bathroom on the landing with a toilet, and another toilet between the last two floors; the owner was responsive, key hand‑over was easy, and the location opposite the train station was very quiet so I slept well. The only issue was no soap in the toilet between the last two floors.

The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable, making it a good option for a one- or two-night stay. I work nearby, so the proximity to the train station is convenient. It can get a bit noisy when the room faces the street, and you never meet anyone because everything is handled by a key‑auto, but overall it’s fine.

The apartment’s location is perfect for exploring Aachen on foot or by car, and the immediate proximity to a paid parking lot and the train station is a real advantage. The bedding and bathroom are excellent, and the check‑in and check‑out processes are very simple. The very close street can disturb sensitive sleepers, and the kitchen and dishes are limited to the bare minimum.

The beds and apartment amenities are good, the location is close to the city centre, and parking is available. The street below the windows is noisy, there was no way to ventilate, and the sheets were not ironed.
