I need a refund. No reservation was made. The property is undergoing an ownership change and the staff wanted to charge me again. How do I get a refund?

“Never again”

My stay was an absolute disaster, to be honest. Everything about the place was disgusting, and I couldn't believe the state it was in. I think it's a health hazard and should be shut down. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

“Very friendly cat and a place to sleep. No frills room”

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag - on the one hand, the room was comfortable and clean, but on the other hand, the noise from the room above made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. The comfortable bed and tidy space were definite positives, but the constant noise from above was a significant drawback.

I had a terrible experience with bed bugs during my stay. They were horrible, and I had to leave in the middle of the night to go to work at 6 am, getting no sleep. To make matters worse, I had to throw away some of my clothing due to the bed bug infestation. It was a frustrating and exhausting experience.

I was initially drawn to the hotel because of its affordable price, but my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I saw the room. Waking up to bedbugs crawling on me was a nightmare, and the itching that followed was relentless. The shower was also a letdown, with only cold water available and a tub that didn't drain properly. To top it off, the floors hadn't been vacuumed in weeks, and I suspect the hot room temperature contributed to the bedbug problem.
