I always return with immense pleasure to this agriturismo. The setting is surrounded by nature, meticulously cared for in every detail, and offers absolute peace. The view of Gubbio is breathtaking. The welcome is always warm; each time I feel at home and part of a family. The room is spacious, spotless, and tastefully furnished, very comfortable. Nothing needs improvement—everything is perfect as it is.

The estate sits on the rolling hills in front of Gubbio, offering a stunning 360° view of the surrounding countryside, cultivated fields, and company olive groves. The building is a medieval structure from the 15th century, enhanced by arched windows, a covered portico, and a reception that opens onto the interior of an ancient church! Everything here speaks of nature and art, beauty and silence, creating an unforgettable stay. We’ll come back for more days.

The location is excellent, just a 10‑minute drive from the city centre, and the view is breathtaking.

The property sits on a gorgeous estate, but that’s where the positives end. The room was poorly equipped, there was no coffee (just a couple of instant sachets would have helped), the bathroom was embarrassing, and the air‑conditioners were off while the outside temperature was 7 °C. The linens were clean, which is the bare minimum, and the bathroom was old. The bathroom needs a full overhaul, the 1980s fixtures are outdated and the silicone is mouldy. A few instant coffee sachets would greatly improve the welcome, as would turning the air‑conditioners on.
