The place is excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, the bed was comfy and the room was huge and spotless. The downside was that the room had no air‑conditioning, so the first night was hard to sleep in even with the fan because it was extremely hot; the temperature dropped to 20° the next days and I slept fine then. There was a kettle and mugs, but no tea or coffee was supplied.

The Suite Triple Riviera was a lovely apartment, very spacious, with a double room and two single rooms. Each single room had a balcony that could also be accessed from the bedroom, and the sitting room also opened onto a balcony. The kitchen had a hob and an oven, and the fridge was large with a small freezer inside. The staff were very friendly and accommodating whenever we needed anything. It was well situated, not far from the Freddie Mercury Statue. Everything else was fine.

The staff were very courteous. The double bed had a hole between the mattresses where my wife kept poking her head. In room 201 the view from the window was not nice, and if you open the window to get fresh air, you smell the toilet or the kitchen outside.
