The facilities were decent, but the cafeteria staff were a nightmare. We ordered three ham toasties, and when we pointed out they were supposed to have ham, the server refused and started slicing the acorn ham into pieces that looked like pork chops—so hard to chew. I told another waiter, who was friendly, that he should cut them properly, but we still had to bring an entire loaf to use in our meal. The customer service was terrible.

The place was spotless and orderly, and the receptionist went the extra mile to help us since we spoke very little Spanish. Nothing else to note.
