The staff was horrible to say the least—very rude and unprofessional—and the location was also a problem.

The location is near the main bus stand, which is noisy, and the room size is very small; the property’s photo shows the whole building as part of the hotel, yet only one floor actually belongs to it, so the hotel’s status is misrepresented.
