I was in the city center and the breakfast had everything you could need; the rooms were clean, nicely designed, and the value was decent for Thursday to Friday, though I can’t judge the weekend rates. The room had almost no storage, which is inconvenient for guests with more luggage or longer stays. Check‑in was slow and involved a lot of paperwork, and we waited 20 minutes in line even though we were the third group.

Breakfast was very good. The location was excellent for us and the staff were very nice. The 24‑hour beverage service was great. The pillows were a disaster and unfortunately couldn’t be replaced. I have severe cervical issues and couldn’t really sleep well.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The reception staff was rude and arrogant, absolutely a no‑go.

We were disappointed overall. The hotel’s location is good and convenient, but several aspects of our stay didn’t meet expectations. The staff were not very friendly or welcoming. What was especially frustrating was that the staff repeatedly assured us our room was a city‑view room, yet we never received one, even though one seemed available. The room was very small and cramped for a family of three. An extra bed for our son was mentioned in the booking, but it wasn’t provided. There was also no wardrobe. Parking fees were very expensive. Breakfast was okay but limited in variety. The pillows and bed were uncomfortable, which impacted our overall comfort. The location is a plus, but the staff’s attitude, lack of transparency, room facilities, and comfort need major improvement, especially for families. We expected a much better experience based on our booking and advertised facilities.
