The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bedding was of excellent quality. The food was very tasty. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff were well‑trained, attentive, and kind. Special thanks to Almir, Douglas, Elaine, and Reinaldo.

As always, nothing disappointing—everything was great, with many varieties at breakfast, super helpful and polite staff, a very clean room, spotless bedding and towels, a wonderful space to walk and enjoy the hotel, a clean and pleasant pool, and friendly bar, front‑desk, and reception staff. I already want to return with friends and family soon. The only issue was the double bed in the apartment we stayed in, which seemed like two single beds and was a bit uncomfortable in the middle, and on the second day the breakfast was very early and some items weren’t replenished, but otherwise everything was excellent.

Everything was great – the location, the facilities, the breakfast was wonderful and the lunch, which was paid separately, was excellent. Every staff member was very attentive and the atmosphere felt very cozy. When we return, this is the place we’ll choose.
