I felt completely ripped off; I’m not sure if the room type matched what I expected, but it felt like a scam, and when I raised concerns a staff member treated me roughly, leaving me feeling helpless and terrified.

“Muito bom”

The place doesn’t serve breakfast, but it’s in a great spot, the room is comfy and roomy. The shower has no drain, so water runs down the bathroom floor to the sink drain, leaving almost the whole floor wet.

“Fair price, okay stay”

The bed was small, curtains made the room look larger than it is and hid a tiny external window; the phone charger on the nightstand was great. The bathroom was dirty with mold on the shower walls and even the window looked moldy. The spa/jacuzzi was broken – you can only fill and drain water, no bubbles.

We stayed just one night and arrived late, but the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, went out of their way to help with parking, which we really appreciated – great first impression and warm hospitality. Nothing else.

“very helpful personnel and good location”

Valet parking, a tromm styler for clothes, and a central city location were all good. The room was a bit too warm.
