The stay was solid, even better than usual, though the pool felt a bit underwhelming and there seemed to be too many toys cluttering the area.

The place was very clean and the staff were excellent and friendly, but the sofa bed was far too hard for my adult son, with a very thin mattress, so he slept on the couch (not pulled out) the second night; the half‑glass in the shower let spray wet the floor, so we wondered why there wasn’t a fully closing shower door; the bathroom and “make‑up” area lighting was too dim.

The room was nice and spacious, and it was great that there was a full‑size kitchen in it, but in room 238 there was a constant hum and vibration that made it hard to sleep; we had stayed in that end of the building once before and had the same issue, and we’re not sure where it’s coming from.
