The tram stops right in front of the hotel, so you reach the old town in no time, and the breakfast is excellent. During peak hours the breakfast area gets very crowded, so you sometimes have to wait for a seat or a table, and the parking lot has become very small because of the construction next door.

The hotel is close to the city centre and public transport, the breakfast was very good, and check‑in and check‑out went smoothly. There are not enough parking spaces at the hotel, but there are several parking options in the surrounding area.

The location is central and the staff are friendly, and the rooms are well equipped. Because the hotel sits directly on the street and the train line, it is very noisy from the street side at night, and parking is scarce, so you had to use a public parking lot instead.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Die hohe Parkplatzgebühr finde ich mit 25 Euro ziemlich überteuert. Und das man diese nur mit Kartebezahlen konnte

The room was very nice, cozy and spacious enough for us; the only suggestion would be an extra shelf or something similar for storing clothes, but we understand that this is a common issue everywhere nowadays. Breakfast was plentiful, with a great selection and especially friendly and fast service staff at the breakfast counter. Online check‑in is possible when staff are available; I would prefer if the check‑in were handled by the staff, as it feels more personal and they could mention that the elevator is unlocked with the room key. That is just a minor point.
