The staff were good, but when I arrived the rate on the app had jumped from ₹1498/- to ₹2126, which was embarrassing. I understand price changes happen with OYO rooms, but I expect the same consistency on your site; otherwise I won’t book through your app again. If I have to negotiate at the hotel, what’s the point of booking ahead?

There was nothing positive to say. The staff were poor and my booking was cancelled without any notice.

“Poor Management”

Honestly, the hotel experience was a letdown. The staff were really unhelpful and abruptly canceled our booking without any warning. On the bright side, the hotel's location was pretty convenient, but that wasn't enough to make up for the poor service. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

“Excellent but not good to Own driving. Parking?”

I paid ₹2200 but the bill wasn’t provided. When I booked, I was only charged about ₹850. The owner behaved badly.
