The staff were very welcoming and informative. The location was excellent The view from my bedroom and bathroom was stupendous. Breakfast was good value and the view from the breakfast room was fabulous . I liked everything

If you’re looking for a nice hotel right in the center, this is top; everything is within walking distance and the view of the square is beautiful. The staff are super friendly and speak good English. The room we received had a shower that flooded the entire bathroom; someone came to fix it but couldn’t, and communication from the hotel stopped thereafter, which we found disappointing. We called the reception ourselves and were told we would get a new room the next day. The new room was great and had no further issues.

The location was very good and the staff were very friendly, but the room was tiny and had a small window that looked into a shaft.
