The location was great, but the room keys kept failing and we had to reactivate them every time we entered. The king room felt cramped, and the bathroom was also very small.

“This is not a hotel I would stay at again.”

The room was clean. The second room they moved us into was acceptable, and I liked that it was a stop on the ghost tour. They moved us out of the first room after we were already there and put us in a second. They couldn’t provide a king size bed even though we booked a week before. I wasn’t told we would be charged for parking until we got there. They told us to arrive between 12-1, but the room wasn’t ready. They promised a discount on parking because of the room mix‑up, but then ended up charging us extra. We won’t be back.

“Very much enjoyed are stay, especially when we realized how close to the market y'all are”

I requested a room by the elevator and got it; the tub drainage issue was fixed within a few hours after I complained, and there were no more problems. The hotel is very close to many eateries and attractions. However, it wasn’t very handicap accessible, there were no clear instructions about paid parking and I had to return to ask, the narrow side entrance made it hard to bring luggage in, there was no valet parking, and the room lacked a coffee maker.

Breakfast was okay, the room was really nice and quiet, but the parking was terrible and there was no pool.
