The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable, but the extra futons were like a Nordic blanket, not really a futon—almost like sleeping on the floor; the thermal waters and saunas are paid, and that wasn’t mentioned when I booked.

Everywhere felt sweltering and the open‑air bath reeked, yet they tried to charge 20,000 won for it; even though other places offered discounts, this hotel claimed that guests got breakfast and dinner for free.
