The host is very helpful, friendly, and even nice, doing his best to cover the inherent shortcomings of the property, but there's still a lot to improve. The rooms are comfortable and match the description, and the bathroom meets expectations. The location is fantastic for experiencing the full waterfront life (not for relaxation or silence). The kitchenette is in poor condition. The biggest issue is the fridge: only I could open it, because closing it required forcing the entire built‑in unit. The rest is no better: there's neither adequate space nor a table for a quick meal for four. The only table available was in the hallway, foldable and suitable for at most two people. The other two spots were improvised, using the chairs from the rooms (four in total, but if two are moved to the kitchen then none remain in the room). In any case, anyone sitting there couldn't straighten their legs properly and had to sit sideways. Luckily we were four, two of them little kids; if they were older it would have been impossible even to eat a sandwich together. Another missing item is a place to hang clothes. Sure there's a washing machine and dryer to compensate, but the fact that all the power is switched off means the appliances can't be used when you're outside. The result is that even to dry just the beach towels you would have to do it at night while sleeping… and with the bathroom having to stay closed (raised floor, I suggest not leaving windows open) and in summer, with the dryer running… imagine! Finally, the services that would justify the “B&B” label are missing: it's basically just a short‑term rental.

I really liked the location: lively yet undisturbed and very safe.

“Deluso dalla struttura”

The location is good, but there's no Wi‑Fi, no window blackout curtains, poor sound insulation, and the breakfast is subpar.
