The hosts are great, the place is nice and clean, but to get in I had to wait for the owner to open the door online, which was tedious and made me wait a long time outside the hotel.

The place is right in the middle of everything, so getting around was a breeze. The staff were genuinely friendly and we could grab a cheap, tasty breakfast downstairs even though it wasn’t included. The beds felt good, but the pillows were a bit flat and the room faced the street, so the noise was nonstop. It was sweltering at night, no fan was available, and with the windows shut we couldn’t get any relief; the room also missed simple things like towel hooks.

Location was the only thing that stood out – it’s right where you need to be. The room itself felt like a box, getting unbearably hot, and the balcony door opened straight onto the street, so we kept it shut. The floor was covered in dust and one tile was cracked, which made the whole place feel cheap for the price we paid. I wouldn’t book this again.
