The property was the worst: it wasn’t clean, the receptionist didn’t know we had a reservation, and when I showed the confirmation they still denied us the room, offered a filthy and smelly one, and then said they couldn’t give us a room at all; customer service was terrible.

I couldn't review the property itself because we never stayed there; we arrived early in the morning and learned our booked room had caught fire, forcing us to move to the Baltimore Hotel. The transfer began well with the Maryland Suite, which was spacious, had a nice dining area, a comfortable sofa, and a jacuzzi, but at 11:00 AM that same morning we were shifted to a standard room that was terrible—filthy carpets with dust, a very dated and unpleasant bathroom, and a shower with black mold—so moving from a lovely suite to a dirty, poorly maintained room made the overall experience extremely disappointing.

The bed was broken and the mattress was awful to sleep on; breakfast was across the road at a different hotel, and while the room had a kettle and tea, it lacked cups; the bedding wasn’t the best, the quilt cover was coming off the bottom, and you could see the quilt was stained at the bottom.

The hotel is the worst facility one could imagine for kids and families, with the worst service ever. Everything was in a terrible state and the environment was unsafe for children and families—broken glass on wardrobes, mirrors, sinks, beds, curtains, and the most unpleasant smell ever, a drug‑like filthy odor.
