Very cozy, clean, beautiful, and stylish—perfect for someone who loves architecture and art. The staff were very helpful and kind, but the room was quite damp because of the hills in the area.

The location was very good, the area beautiful and safe, and the accommodation was also secure with Silvia being super attentive. The manor was lovely with very pleasant and quiet spaces, but the bathroom could be more functional and the electrical facilities could be improved.

Everything was as advertised. The place was very quiet, the surroundings pleasant, the bed and shower were good, and the breakfast was excellent; we loved everything.

This was my second stay at Hotel Urca and the accommodations were good; the female staff were wonderful, very attentive and dedicated. The only issue during my stay was that the bathroom light burned out, forcing us to use the bathroom in the dark.
