The water pressure and flow were good, but when I got to the room the TV was on and the AC was set to 60°. There were dead flies on the bathroom floor and live ones flying around. Food was left open in the fridge and freezer, and crumbs and debris were on the sheets. Towels were stained and ruined. Guests were blasting rap music at 4:30 am in their car. No trash receptacles were provided, so I had to put the trash on the floor. There was no USB charger, clock, or phone. The room was in disrepair, and I discovered most of these problems after 11 pm, with no resolution offered. They should be ashamed to list this place. Stay away.

Absolutely nothing good! The hotel is disgusting—bed bugs, A/C not working properly, and a dirty carpet!

There was poop on the floor the sheets had dog hair and looked like animal pee on them the floor had 1/2 inch animal hair the ac leaked out into the floor

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which offered an extremely affordable rate and a convenient location off Route 66 in a safe area. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all amenities functioning properly. The staff were friendly and efficient, making my stay a truly pleasant experience. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future.
