“Esperienza negativa”
The place was quiet, but the kitchenette had a microwave with food residue, and instead of a fridge as described we found a mini‑bar with only small drinks, forcing us to shop daily and causing inconvenience. The electric kettle replaced the coffee machine, and the bath towels were provided instead of bathrobes. On arrival we pointed out to the host that the face towels were stained, and she rudely told us to leave, something we would have done if we had another option. Until the day of departure we had no further contact with the host except a payment message, leaving us without fresh sheets for all 13 days of the stay.
