The rooms were very cozy, clean and spacious. The staff welcomed us with kindness and extreme availability. We walked to the historic centre and the added bonus was the on‑site restaurant where we dined wonderfully for a good price. I just wish I could have had dinner there again.

Even without a reservation they always find a spot for their great restaurant. Nothing else to add.

The place is clean, modern, and shares a terrace with stunning countryside views. There’s a capsule coffee machine in the shared entrance area. It sits right next to an excellent restaurant owned by the same people. A couple of bars, a bakery and an Acqua & Sapone are within walking distance, and parking on site is free. The downside is that you have to climb about 19‑20 outdoor steps to reach any of the three rooms, and there’s a slight musty smell from the A/C units in the rooms.

Comfort, cleanliness and friendliness. From the moment of check‑in we were greeted by a very kind young woman who handed us the keys and explained a few things, then we were shown to a large, clean, new room with all the comforts. The bathroom was huge and impeccably clean. The shower was very large, and the glass in the shower and the enormous mirror over the sink were spotless. It’s truly a pleasure to stay here. The restaurant and the rooms were both perfect. Whenever I return to Tivoli, I know exactly where to go. Thank you.

You enter from the free parking behind the restaurant that the property is attached to. From the outside it’s almost invisible, but the rooms are huge, brand‑new, well‑furnished and brightly lit. Breakfast isn’t offered, but there is a Nescafé machine with pods and tea bags or other drinks. Even on a Saturday night there’s no noise from the restaurant, which serves excellent food (though you need to book in advance). A special thanks to Mr. Massimo Solini, a great host and excellent writer. Everything was fine.
