I had an incredible experience overall, from the lodge's fantastic amenities to the unforgettable game drives, but the highlight was undeniably the outstanding staff. Everyone was exceptionally warm and welcoming, especially the friendly host of the gin tasting who shared fascinating insights about Africa, and the excellent partner shuttle driver who made my arrival seamless. It was truly an exceptional stay made unforgettable by the wonderful people!

The safari was great and exclusive in a private reserve, not as crowded as public reserves. Jack is an amazing guide, and the staff was globally extremely friendly and welcoming. Nothing to complain about.

The cabanas are spacious and cozy, offering a beautiful view of the river, a large and very comfortable bed. Room service brings snacks, coffee, and tea throughout the day, making everything feel snug. The housekeeping is flawless, clearing the room quickly, and in the afternoon or early evening they set the bed and lights ready for sleep. Towels are always clean, dry, and fragrant. The hot shower is powerful, and a bath after a full day of safari is guaranteed 😊 I can’t say anything negative about everything we received.

SENSATIONAL!!! The facilities are amazing, the staff is very hospitable and friendly. The presidential suite is a spectacle on its own, with a private pool, a bathtub, and impeccable comfort. From the room you can see various animals (wild boar, impala, monkeys, etc.). The lodge also has a nice pool area, deck, etc., but the main highlight was the extremely friendly team. We loved it a lot. The food is tasty, but there are few options to choose from. We imagined it would be a traditional all‑inclusive where you can eat at will whenever you want. In reality, there is a buffet breakfast and set menus for lunch and dinner. At breakfast you already pick (among two or three options) what you’ll eat for lunch; at lunch you pick what you’ll eat for dinner. Then you eat that at the scheduled time. At other times of the day there are no food options, so you have to eat during the planned hours. Nevertheless, the food is flavorful and the activity times (safaris) are very well planned.
