The place is in a solid spot and the rooms were spotlessly clean, but the price felt a bit steep for a building that could use a fresh coat of paint and new toilets.

I loved how close everything was, but the resort itself looked a bit worn out. There were plants growing between the tiles and some railings were rusted, so a bit of maintenance would go a long way.

The location was perfect, the facilities were top‑notch, the place was quiet, and the pub meals were really good.

The hotel had a great spot and good amenities, but a noisy party in the room above kept me up until the early hours. Management offered a decent apology and compensation, but the road noise was still loud, so avoid rooms facing the bay. We stayed on the ground floor near the pool, which helped.
