I was pleased with the hotel's location and the size of the complex, which was quite impressive. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making our stay more enjoyable. However, I felt that the hotel could improve on its quality and hygiene standards, which were a bit below par. Despite this, I believe that the hotel has the potential to attract more tourists if it addresses these issues.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the hotel's incredible location and stunning views of the lake. The gardens were beautifully maintained, and the breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options to suit different tastes. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Our waiter, Jay/Jalani, was particularly helpful and spoke excellent English. The only drawback was that the hotel was a bit far from town, but this suited us just fine.

I was initially impressed by the hotel's external environment, but things took a turn for the worse as soon as I entered my room. The toilet was disgustingly dirty, and there was a stain on the bed sheet. It was a shame, as the hotel had such potential, but the room was a major letdown.

I recently stayed at a hotel that had its fair share of issues, but the one thing that stood out to me was its excellent location. However, my overall experience was marred by several problems, including dirty conditions, a pest infestation, and a lack of basic amenities like towels. The staff seemed unhelpful and unresponsive, which made my stay even more frustrating. To top it all off, the food was subpar and didn't meet my expectations.

The hotel's location was its best feature, as it was the only one close to the water's edge, offering breathtaking views of the lake. However, the walk down the road to the restaurant and breakfast area was a bit of a trek, and the fact that the restaurant was in a separate building was inconvenient.
