The place is spotless and the staff go out of their way to help; I especially appreciated Mr. Y, who is on site every day asking if anything is missing. The manager’s wife, Ms. L, shares the same dedication and handles any issues with skill.

The rooms were tidy and the service excellent, with staff who were helpful and respectful. The spot is great, the atmosphere calm and perfect for unwinding. Honestly, it was a successful stay, and I’ll repeat the experience again. I recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place with good service. Everything was lovely.

They were very friendly. Upon arrival, I received a free upgrade to a suite. I also requested transport for a Saqqara excursion, and a Spanish‑speaking gentleman came and stayed with me all day. When I was supposed to check out, they let me stay in the room until 18:00 so I could shower. If I return, I’ll do it again. It’s a bit hidden and hard to reach, but it’s next to the main entrance of the pyramid complex.
