The location is good, but the check‑in and check‑out times feel absurd—back in the day it was 2 pm to check in and 12 pm to check out.

“Family break”

The location was great for Fistral Beach and not too far from the town centre; the swimming pool was nice, clean, and heated; breakfast options were good and every staff member was excellent throughout our stay.

“Very Relaxing, with the best view.”

I adore this hotel; the staff are always fabulous, the location is amazing, parking is available, and the restaurant food is very good.

“Overall staff were very accommodating and friendly”

The staff were lovely and the room was comfortable, except for the small bathroom in the family suite; the swimming pool was very cold, the surrounding area could use a fresh coat of paint, and some towels were off‑white (grey).

The room was clean, and the receptionist on the day I booked in was fab; she even went out of her way to give me free car parking for the days I was there. The only slight complaint is that the lift is so slow but it will get you there. The hotel is a ten‑minute walk to the fabulous scenery of the coast of Pentire and the views are fantastic. There is a bus into town outside the hotel, but I did the twenty‑five‑minute walk to Sainsbury’s for any needs and a Spar shop which you pass on the way to town. All in all, a great stay and highly recommended.
