Nothing. The only slightly positive thing was that the owner spoke English. The owner and the manager had not coordinated my arrival; the room had already been given to another guest. After a long wait and lack of communication, with the help of booking, they told me the room was ready. When I went there, they said it wasn’t available but there was a studio, where someone else had left their stuff and had already left. No apology from them.

Nothing special. It’s a shared house, not really set up to properly host roommates. I rarely comment, but this time I felt it necessary to warn future guests. I see this place listed for over 80 euros a night; it’s a scam, a room in this shared house costs about 20 euros, not much more.
