Even though we booked on the hotel’s off‑day, there were no unpleasant surprises; the communication was smooth, the instructions for picking up the key to our comfortable room were clear, and everything was perfect. We really enjoyed the breakfast service the next morning, and the staff were very pleasant and charming. Thank you!
