La vista dalla camera e dal grande bagno termale era spettacolare. La camera era pulita, spaziosa, e lo staff mostrava un buon atteggiamento. Non potersi condividere la stanza con il cane è stato un minus. Il pranzo era separato, quindi il ristorante interno non era molto soddisfacente.

La figlia non poteva entrare nella spa, ma c’era un bagno di piedi con vista che era positivo. La camera era ampia e confortevole. Non c’era asciugacapelli nella stanza, quindi si doveva andare al grande bagno termale.

The newly renovated room was clean, comfortable and offered a great view thanks to its location. I was shocked at check‑in to learn that dinner wasn’t included, which I had assumed was part of a ryokan stay, and had to run to a supermarket to sort out my evening meal; I think a dinner service would be appropriate for a ryokan.

The bath and breakfast exceeded my expectations. I would have liked the dining area inside the hotel to be more developed.
