The staff were incredible, especially the brown‑haired receptionist whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, and Audra was amazing and helped us over the phone when we left our passports in the room after checking out; she saved the day!

The services in general were good and the staff were very nice, but there wasn’t enough time for adults to use the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna without kids yelling all the time; it should have been from 8 to 10 and 20 to 22 at night.

The room faced the wall, even though we paid extra for a modern-style room that should have had a better view. The TV wouldn’t turn on, so we couldn’t watch what we had planned, and the staff didn’t resolve the issue.
