The staff were friendly, but the room had several issues: it was dirty, the TV didn't work, and the electricity was unreliable—power disappeared five times during a single night. The exit side road light at Bid Hotel worked, but the room's electricity was terrible 😞

I had nothing to like: 1. The manager behaved poorly, refusing to provide a bill and rudely telling my mother and me to leave when she was unwell and we needed a room; 2. Food was expensive; 3. No Aquaguard water—customers had to buy water, with only one litre bottles available, and there were bed bugs; 4. The TV didn't work because it couldn't receive a signal; 5. There was no lift for elderly guests; 6. No bill would be given, neither hard copy nor soft.

“Very bad and pathetic experience that I face with family provided 1 room instead 2 that the time of night 2300 hrs I can”

I booked online and when I arrived the hotel staff said no rooms were available, yet they kept me waiting with my family for an hour while I spoke to online support; they finally offered me one room instead of the two we had requested. They also didn’t give us a water bottle, claiming it wasn’t part of the amenities, and demanded cash for a bottle even though we didn’t check out until later, which was truly shameful.

The place was very good and located just under the building. The services were very comfortable.
