The location was good, the building was nice but had some shortcomings. The room was rather neglected; the coffee machine was broken, the TV also non‑functional, and the furnishings were damaged.

“Alojamiento no recomendable”

The location of the accommodation was fine. The host didn’t check his phone or offer any solution when the hot water stopped working. Wi‑Fi was practically nonexistent, barely working. The pillows were terribly uncomfortable. The hallway smelled strongly of gas because the room was next to the gas line. The shower was very uncomfortable because the door couldn’t be closed, causing water to leak out.

“Rammarico e frustrazione per aver pagato per qualcosa che non ho avuto”

The room is nicely decorated. We had no hot water for the entire stay, and Wi‑Fi was practically unusable. There was no staff, not even a front‑desk or maintenance person, so any problem had to be solved by the guest. The room had a bathtub, but I slipped and fell because there were no non‑slip accessories to keep the guest safe from water spilling onto the floor. The owner told me I would have to change the gas cylinder and reset the boiler every time it detached, ignoring how risky it is to leave an unqualified “guest” handling the gas cylinder that powers the boiler, and I was left with a gas smell in the room coming from the hallway where the boiler and cylinders were.
