Unfortunately, our stay was marred by several issues, including a lack of heating upon arrival, which took two hours to rectify, and a series of other problems that made our stay uncomfortable. Despite these issues, the hotel's staff seemed to be working hard to address our concerns. However, the problems we encountered left a lasting impression on our stay.

Our stay was a pleasant experience, with the freedom to spend our days and evenings outdoors, and the convenience of cooking facilities both inside and outside our accommodation. The spa was well-prepared for our arrival, and our yurt had been warmed up, adding to our comfort. The owner's friendly demeanor also made us feel welcome.
