Excellent, and the person who greeted me at 17:30 for check‑in was very friendly, 10 out of 10. Everything I liked.
The location is excellent. It’s a quiet and lovely area, 200 meters from the train station to go to Venice.

The double room with a bathroom in Preganziol is a 5‑minute walk from the train station, from which Venice can be reached in about thirty minutes. The room is clean and adequately sized, with a good double bed, a wardrobe, a desk, a TV, and a small fridge. The bathroom is windowed and has a shower. Air‑conditioning is available. The manager answered me immediately and was present at check‑in. Because there is no breakfast area, on the desk I found two fruit juice bricks, two snacks, and packets of tea and instant coffee with a kettle and two cups. The room is cleaned and reset every day by staff. Nearby you can find a few bars, a couple of take‑away pizzerias, and a restaurant‑pizzeria that I really liked. The bathroom lacks a bidet but has a small shower next to the toilet. There is no towel rack, and the towel warmer is not very close to the sink. A glass for toothbrush and toothpaste is missing.
