Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing, as the room was musty, infested with ants, and dirty, especially considering the price I paid.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at this hotel, thanks to its incredibly comfortable bed and the fact that the pool was right outside my room. The hotel's proximity to shops and the beach was also a major plus. However, I was a bit disappointed that breakfast wasn't included in the room rate.

I had to cancel my stay at this hotel due to a personal matter, but the staff were incredibly understanding and accommodating. They kindly allowed me to change rooms initially, and when my circumstances changed again, they went above and beyond to help me find a new hotel and even arranged transportation for me. Their exceptional hospitality and kindness left a lasting impression on me.
