I didn’t enjoy this place at all. I booked a large room but was first given a small one; after showing my reservation they swapped it, yet there was no hot water, no towels, and the room was unhygienic. The biggest let‑down was that when we returned the key early and asked to leave our bag outside for a few hours, they still charged us extra—something I’d never seen a hotel do. I’d give it a zero.

Photos and location. This hotel was a loot. With wrong information on booking. Com. I felt dharamshala's are better then it. 1. First let me tell about behavior-Owner of the hotel Mr. Singh was a rude and lier, who keep on shouting on guest and his staff. 2. Taking about facilities, nothing (toiletries, towel. water) was Provided, None of the plug points were working we charged our mobile in the reception area. There is lot of electricity problem at one point of time AC and fan was not working and reason was told that in entire Mathura there is no current ( whereas street light was glowing and in another hotel current was also there). After lot of argument things were corrected but voltage fluctuation was so much that many times AC and fan stopped working. 3. Cleanliness- moment enter it is so messy in the corridor with wires and MCB box open. Tiles and fittings in rooms were coming out. We were required to follow to get the door mat. Drain pipe passing from bathroom. Balcony was so dirty that we did not dared to open the door. For all the above reason I vacated the room after staying for a night (paid 1900) where as booking was for 2night for (2660), imagine the level of fraud the owner was. I was charged 500 extra because as per hotel reception check in time was 12.00PM where as in it was 10 AM. I have written in so much detail so that person booking it and can take informed decisions

The hotel should have offered free water, but they didn’t. They also didn’t provide a welcome drink.

The location is a major plus, right in front of Krishna Janambhumi Mandir.
