I stayed in a very clean, spacious room and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location offers a great view and quietness, but you’ll need a car for any travel.

The staff were remarkably friendly and everything you could need was available. Walking to the village for food or drinks takes about 20 minutes along the main street, and the hotel restaurant was closed after 8 pm in October.

The value for money is solid, the facilities are still well kept even if not brand‑new, and the view over the bay is lovely. The beds are comfortable, but the beach is a walk of 20 minutes down and 30 minutes uphill, and the breakfast felt a bit bland.
