I booked this hostel, a twin room for me and my friend, but it didn’t meet our expectations. The location was nice, that’s all I can say. We found bedbugs on the bed and the private shower was really dirty.

The spot in the 20th district was great for us, and we loved our short week with you, but the room was really cold, and the breakfast area was too tight for people to serve themselves. The bathrooms were spotless – give a shoutout to the young man who kept them in such good shape! The breakfast restriction, only letting you serve once, feels a bit harsh and not very commercial. We had to keep the room warm, which is understandable because of the heating cost, but it’s not very pleasant to be cold. The large break room where we ate lunch was quite outdated.

The breakfast and the morning reception were decent. The room was small with a very low bed that wasn’t comfortable, there was significant noise in the corridors and in the showers, it was cold and poorly heated, cleanliness was average, and the price felt a bit high for what it was.

The standard sweet and savory breakfast, responsive reception, interesting location, and good value for money were positives. The spaces were a bit cold, especially on the ground floor, and at times the cleanliness wasn’t perfect; unfortunately we didn’t find towels available on those days.
