The location is good and the price is decent. The room I stayed in had a functioning ceiling fan and a private bathroom with a shower. The owners do not speak English, so they have one of their long-term guests help handle all bookings made by foreign tourists and have him take them on tours and help them out in the city to ensure a good review of the guest house. He is not paid and does not receive a discount on his accommodation. He is very nice and a good guide. Please pay him for his help and guiding as the accommodation will not. There were many mosquitoes but no mosquito nets, so make sure to bring sufficient spray. The pillows are very hard, so is the bed. It is fine, except the larger pillows are too thick and do not sink down when you lay your head on it. The rooms get quite hot
