The spot’s spot‑on location gives a stunning lake view and is close to all the good Copacabana restaurants; the staff are attentive and breakfast is varied, and the rooms are roomy with comfy beds. Nothing else to mention.

The location, breakfast, service from Rosalinda and the team, and problem resolution were all fine. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but there was a power outage; we were without light for a while and couldn’t charge our phone.
