The place is awesome and spotless. Nothing to complain about.
The staff were amazing and attentive, the location is great, every amenity was considered, rooms were clean, and breakfast offered a wide variety of excellent options. You can leave luggage with them until check‑in, and they provide free snacks and drinks in the rooms, which is a nice touch. Every room has a good fridge space. Overall, a lovely stay; I’ll definitely book again if I return to Chiang Mai.

The spot is convenient and the room was large and functional, with the toilet and shower separated, which I liked. Nothing major to note, except I could hear some noise coming from the rooms upstairs.
