The spot is perfect if you’re heading to Shin‑Kobe station or Sannomiya via the subway, and our room was quiet enough even though we booked a larger one. The bed and pillow were solid, and the breakfast selection was huge and tasty. The AC ran at a very low fan speed no matter what we did, so it didn’t really dehumidify the room; it felt cool but not fully comfortable, and the shower temperature fluctuated a bit.
