The Vietta Hotel

Very beautiful, well‑maintained, and clean facility. The hotel is directly on the lake, a truly lovely and tidy property with a great garden and a cozy outdoor area for seating and grilling. The rooms are very clean, breakfast is good, and you can see that a lot of effort goes into cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The pool is regularly inspected, and the friendly team ensures everything is available – from towels to coffee in the lounge. For both young and old there are various activities, such as table tennis and e‑hockey. The outdoor area by the lake with the pier and lakeside pavilion is especially nice. We felt very comfortable and would gladly return.

“Impecable! Volvería y lo súper recomiendo”

Everything was immaculate, clean, full of details, and the staff were super friendly. Good breakfast. I also enjoyed the pool a lot. I would have added a cold water welcome drink.

“Won’t stay again”

The location was fine for our needs, close to the parks if you have a car. It’s a motel, not a hotel. The place overcharged me, claiming it was a resort fee for Wi‑Fi, parking, breakfast, yet all of that was listed and included in my booking. Online customer support didn’t respond and still hasn’t! I stood my ground and got a refund; I felt scammed. The bed is too small for two people. The floor hadn’t been cleaned, so my feet were black from walking on it. Some of the staff shouldn’t be at reception. The lady who checked us in was very nice, but the next night she was just gruff.

“Esta bien pero me ha ido mejor con Airbnb”

The lake view is pretty nice, and the staff were super friendly and the check‑in was easy. The bedding, bathrooms, and towels were clean. But the hotel feels like a remodeled roadside motel; the rooms were very damp, the floor was filthy, and my white socks turned black 😕 One of the shower drains in the rooms we stayed in was clogged. The breakfast was very weak, lacking protein and most items were high in sugar. They also charge a $150 deposit that I wasn’t aware of before booking.
