The property was apparently closed, so we had to call the owner and wait while she arranged accommodation on such short notice. A misunderstanding between the host and the booking platform forced us to move elsewhere and pay extra.
I was really put off by the state of the bar fridge in my room - it was infested with cockroaches. The rest of the room was fine, but that one thing was a major turn-off. I'm not sure what kind of cleaning they do, but it's clear they're not paying attention to the little things.
Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a bit of a letdown. The facility didn't quite live up to the photos, and we were left wondering if we'd made a mistake. Upon arrival, we had trouble finding the reception, and the staff member assisting us seemed a bit unprofessional. She claimed our reservation wasn't showing up on her phone, but when she checked again with the reference number, it turned out to be in her junk mail.
The landlady seemed confused about the bookings.
