The garden is lovely, the staff are very kind, and coffee, coca mate, and tea are always available. The museum and library are impressive, and the staff go out of their way to make guests feel great. They also suggested a good travel agency for a short day tour. The stairs are a bit challenging; there’s a set of stairs to enter the hotel and another to reach the reception, and a chair or a piece of furniture for luggage in the room would help.

The hotel feels like a peaceful oasis with a nice garden in a safe, quiet part of town, and the courtyard café offers free drinks all day. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The buffet breakfast had a good variety and ran until quite late. The staff were very helpful, letting us stay in the café after checking out until we were ready to leave.

The location is great, rooms are a pleasant size, the staff are friendly, and the reception is professional and very helpful. The hot water shower works perfectly, and coffee, tea, or water are available around the clock. The hotel is within walking distance of a hypermarket, laundry, café, and other shops. The breakfast area is relatively small, the quiet of the sleeping area is affected by the breakfast preparation and group announcements, there’s no water bottle in the room or bathroom, and the selection of drinks available is limited and priced in US dollars.

This hotel has a lot of charm and is very well located in Sopocachi. The staff are very pleasant and welcoming, the room is comfortable and clean, breakfast is excellent, and the explanations are clear. No complaints.

Très belle chambre avec tous les équipements. Tout le personnel est adorable. Très belle décoration de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner top, bien complet. Pain frais croustillant exceptionnel. Mauvaise literie dommage ça dénote par rapport au standing de l'hôtel
