I liked the place; the vibe was great and Nahuel was super friendly. Everything else was fine for my taste.
The location is excellent—quiet, safe, comfy, and easy to reach all of Santiago’s attractions. Nahuel is a genius, always cheerful, and his massages are top professional.

The room was okay, the bed comfortable, and everything was pretty clean; there’s hot water in the shower. The place feels much farther from anything than it appears. The owner lives in the next room and shares the same spaces all the time—since it’s his house, the atmosphere feels a bit odd, a little uncomfortable, and I felt constantly watched. The Wi‑Fi also doesn’t work well.

The calm and the view were perfect for escaping noise pollution, and being close to trees and hills was a bonus. Inside, having a kitchen with utensils, a terrace, artistic and esoteric décor, some wooden touches, and Nahuel’s offer of his own fruit made it special. A small fold‑out table on the terrace would be nice, and one of the two beds could be a double; the current one is comfortable for a couple. Towels could be larger, full‑body size. The owner has good vibes, though sometimes I just want to be alone. Still, overall it’s great.
We were two women and got spooked by the place; it’s in a dangerous area and only a man is there. I don’t recommend it for women.
