The hotel was noisy; I could hear all the outside sounds and couldn't sleep. There were no elevators, so I stayed on level 5, and when I left the next day I lost my money. Neither the hotel nor the booking site refunded me.

The staff and location were fine. The initial room, which was on offer, was awful: it was on the 4th floor, no elevator, no windows or balcony, and there was no light or fresh air circulation.

It was good and the room was good. There is no electric elevator, only a ladder, which is fine but not great.
