“Fun and comfortable!”

The waterpark, room space, parking, staff, and cleanliness were all good, giving me a 9.0/10. However, the vending machines in the morning were problematic: we had to wait because someone who came first complained that the payment button worked but the coffee vending stopped, so they called someone to fix it. The drink vending inside the hotel also stopped working; we topped up our ATM but nothing came out, yet the amount was deducted, and it took 7 days to get a $4 refund. Overall, the staff, amenities, cleanliness, parking, and room were perfect.

The place was clean and the staff were friendly, but the sound insulation was lacking and the parking cost money even though it’s far from the center and the activities.

We’ve visited Americana three or four times and always had a great experience. The kids love the pool, the rooms are clean, and the staff are pleasant, so we’re happy to keep coming back.

“Great Hotel, mattresses a bit old”

The waterpark and overall hotel cleanliness were amazing, but the beds in the room weren’t very comfortable. The mattresses seemed a bit older, and we woke up sore after both nights, giving me a 7.0/10.
